[WSBAPT] Final 1040 refund

I had this with my own mother's estate. I got tired of trying to play the
IRS waiting game, so I called Senator Murray's office. They are now the
ones working with the IRS to get it over the finish line. I strongly
recommend using one of our very senior members of our federal delegation
whenever needing help with a federal agency.
