[WSBAPT] Final 1040 refund

Good Morning -

My client filed the decedent’s final 1040 and a refund is due of approximately $1700.

The estate has been held open waiting for payment/confirmation from the IRS but she has not heard anything for several months.

She went online to check the status but no status is available.

She tried calling but while on hold for several minutes, the call was disconnected.

Does anyone have a phone number or way of getting information about a pending refund or return?
