King County has always maintained a local registry for SGAL. It can be found here: https://kingcounty.gov/~/media/courts/superior-court/docs/ex-parte-probate/kcsc-gal-registries.ashx?la=en

I received a denial order from King county for appointment as settlement GAL in a minor personal injury settlement case.

I understood there was NO registry for personal injury settlement GAL appointments pursuant to SPR 98.16W.  Has something changed?
