[WSBAPT] Settlement into annuity post 18 for minors

I had a hearing yesterday with J. Wilson in Snohomish County Superior Court.  He approved an annuity for a minor child to age 22 in a minor PI settlement case ~$35k.  There was a lot of discussion in the last few weeks on King County Commissioners not approving annuities for minor children past the age of 18.  Wanted to update the list serve that other counties are approving these.
