[WSBAPT] Patient Files of Decedent's Chiropractic Practice?

Hi all:

New one for me: Decedent ran a chiropractic practice (single member LLC, no
operating agreement) out of his home. His daughter, the PR, is asking me
what she is supposed to do with his patient documents. I found in WAC
246-808-650 <https://app.leg.wa.gov/wac/default.aspx?cite=246-808-650> that
chiropractors are supposed to maintain patient records for a minimum of 5
years. Is the daughter on the hook for maintaining those files? If anyone
has dealt with this issue or a similar one, any ideas/suggestions or things
I might be missing?

Thank you in advance for your wisdom!

Warmly,
Kendel
