[WSBAPT] Accessing a PO Box with a Small Estate Affidavit

Has anyone had experience with accessing a decedent's PO Box with a small
estate affidavit or other option (other than opening probate)? Concern is
obtaining Decedent's medical bills so they can be "provided for" under the
small estate affidavit?
