[WSBAPT] Family section of will/trust

I don’t have a set way but I like something akin to

“I have no children living or deceased. I have considered all my immediate heirs at law and make no bequest herein for any person not mentioned.”  I avoid listing names usually in a case where some goes one way or some goes another.  If I were to list names, I would like change the wording above to say something akin to “I have considered my immediate heirs at law, specifically…….(names) and except for as provided herein I make no bequest for any person not named.

For clients with no kids, what do you put in the "Family" section? Just folks who are being named as beneficiaries?

If a person wants to leave something to one sibling, but not the other, do you list both to show that you didn't forget one? How about when a few nieces/nephews are listed but not all?
