[WSBAPT] Attorney for Thailand & US probate

I know very little about the situation, but here’s what I think I know.  PC’s father, a resident of Thailand, died … in Thailand.  Father owned property in both Thailand and the US.  PC is in the US and she is the likely candidate to be appointed as PR for her father’s estate.
