[WSBAPT] PR Refuses to Disburse Assets

Listmates:

 

Probate Estate is ready to close.  PR does not like the way the decedent
directed disbursement of specific assets and now refuses to follow the Will.
Other than seeking to remove and replace the PR, is there a process within
probate, like appointing a commissioner to sign transfer documents when a
recalcitrant ex-spouse refuses to follow a divorce decree, to get assets
moved?  Would you petition for instructions?
