[WSBAPT] Insolvent estate

Hello listmates,

PC's parent passed. Estate is insolvent (about $28k in debt) and total
assets are less than $10k, but include a vehicle owned outright by
decedent. I like the advice to walk away, but the PC isn't sure how to walk
away from a vehicle sitting in her driveway.

What would you recommend?
