[WSBAPT] VA Benefits

Listmates, I am in need of referrals (preferably in Pierce County but elsewhere could also work) for a VA benefits issues. Potential client was in a CIR for many years then married to partner for only 2 weeks when spouse then died. VA is denying benefits saying couple either had to be married a year or not married at all and prove a CIR for VA to provide benefits - thank you.
