[WSBAPT] Quiet title action against defunct corporation

Corporation held note and deed of trust on real property that has long since been paid off by my clients.  Corporation was administratively dissolved 15+ years ago.  Identified governors are deceased.  Anyone dealt with this type of situation for quieting title?
