[WSBAPT] Joint trust, no children

Childless married couple is doing a revocable living trust. All assets to
spouse upon first death and trust remains fully revocable. Upon the second
death, they want to leave money to several siblings (not all), and several
nieces/nephews (not all).

Who if anyone is entitled to notice upon first death, and who is entitled
to notice upon second death?
