Subject: [WSBAPT] Seeking Referral - Pierce County Probate Matter

Listmates,

PC's husband passed in Pierce County and she is looking for a local lawyer to help her open a probate. There is a Will and an invalid Community Property Agreement. PC and husband were not living together but not legally separated at time of husband's death and there is some confusion about what assets husband owned separately. Husband tried to sever jtwros for property co-owned by him and PC through his Will, and there may be some conflict with beneficiaries about that.

I will pass all referrals directly to PC.

Thanks!
