[WSBAPT] Small Estate Affidavit to Transfer Silencer

Listmates:

 

ATF requests a small estate affidavit to transfer decedent's registered
silencer to surviving spouse.  Never done one for a gun or silencer.  Have
any of you done this?  Do I just put in the Model and serial number of the
silencer?
