Say again? If that’s correct, then a TPP memorandum must be executed and witnessed no different than a will, unless the definitions in our statutes were magically amended by this ruling . . . ?
A codicil is a will! Our code and the UPC both have that basic rule (because it works).
There is no logical way for memorandum to be a codicil or will, surely . . . ?
See RCW 11.02.005(2) and (24) . . . Would be very grateful to know what you are referring to.
