I personally think it’s worthwhile.  You never know …. I’ve had surprise claims that PRs never saw coming.  Better to be safe than sorry, in my opinion.

My client doesn't believe there are any outstanding debts owed by her deceased husband. Is it still a good idea to publish a notice to creditors of the probate?
