[WSBAPT] Community property real estate

In my experience, not until a transfer and you provide it……other’s may do much more real estate than me though and have better insight.

House is name of husband and wife. Bought while married, so community property. Husband dies, there is no community property agreement, so is probate necessary to put title in wife's name?
