[WSBAPT] Will with only one witness

I've successfully proven a will in which a notary signed as one of the witnesses and also notarized the document. I proved the will based on the direct testimony of the notary.

See In re Estate of Price, 73 wn.app. 745.

Don't have the case law at the tip of my fingers, but a notary can serve as the second witness if they can attest to the necessary facts to sign a witness affidavit now.

Listmates:

Off the shelf Will that was signed, notarized, but with only one Witness. I assume under Washington's strict rules regarding signing a Will the one in front of me is invalid. Has anyone seen otherwise?
