Greetings Diane,

If you believe this motion will result in litigation between yourself and
opposing counsel, the Commissioner's in ex parte do not like being the
judicial officer to hear the matter. They are really cracking down on the
concept that ex parte is for emergencies only. If there is a deadline date
or pressing event approaching that you can use to impress upon the court
that this is an emergency, ex parte will likely hear you.

Otherwise, you need to contact Tracy (Pilkington) Rayfield in Judge
Anderson's office and ask for a hearing on the unassigned docket.

Good Luck!
