[WSBAPT] Referral for Kansas City probate dispute

PC is looking for advice on issues with the probate of her stepfather's estate in Kansas City. Decedent was a long-time resident on the Missouri side of the river, but died on the Kansas side, if that matters. Not sure where probate was commenced. Thanks for any referrals you might have.
