When the transfer happens under a Will that is in probate, we use 202(6)(f).

Listmates:

 

Surviving Spouse disclaims home which will then transfer into the credit
trust under decedent's Will.  The WAC exemption is either 458-61A-202 or
210.  Which one, as we know we can only pick one, is best?
