Jeff,

There should not be a problem. My understanding is that so long as the 
Will meets the requirements of Washington State, the Will is valid here. 
  If the Will meets the requirements of the other state, it would be 
valid there as well.  So, make sure the Will meets the requirements of 
the other state as well.

Even if client never actually moved to Washington such that he never 
became a resident, since there is real property here, at minimum, he’d 
have to do an ancillary probate.
