[WSBAPT] Out of State Resident Signing Washington Will

Listmates:

 

Out of State client, with real property in Washington, wants to sign a Will
in Washington State before returning home.  Client intends to permanently
move here in a year.  I don't see any problem, but have never dealt with
this situation.  Have any of you dealt with this issue?
