[WSBAPT] North Dakota / Williston / Williams County Probate/Real Estate Referral

Hello List Members-

I need a referral to a North Dakota Probate / Real Estate lawyer for
assistance with transferring mineral rights in a Washington probate.  The
relevant rights are in Williams County / Williston area.  I'm unsure if
there are any non-probate transfer methods available in ND, but we'd love
to avoid having to open an ancillary probate there.  I will pass all
referrals along to the PR here.
