[WSBAPT] Amending Letters Testamentary

I'm replying late but maybe someone will find this helpful:  I did one recently where I filed a motion and drafted a proposed order.  The caption I used was "Order Granting Motion to Change Administrator's Name on Letters of Administration." I also had to provide a new PR Oath using the new name.

Letters Testamentary issued to PR using her "every" day name.  Bank won't open estate account unless Letters issued in the name as it appears on drivers license.  Do I need a motion to amend the letters or can I just submit amended letters with the corrected name?
