When I have had trouble with DOL changing titles in the manner permitted under the WAC, I have recommended that the PR use a sub-agent licensing office (a private business that is permitted by DOL to change title and registration etc.). They are often more knowledgeable and helpful. Wendel's Licensing in King County is excellent. https://wendelslicense.com/

Atty in office said DMV now requires a $2 form K from the Superior Ct to change Title - and,  Court will not email it out like it does the Letters but requires an in-person pickup.

To this day, every client I have had just took the Death Cert and a copy of the Will and their ID to local DMV and changed title. Can anyone else verify that DMV is requiring a K form and if yes, any ideas on how to get Court to email  or mail it?
