[WSBAPT] Form K?

When I have had trouble with DOL changing titles in the manner permitted
under the WAC, I have recommended that the PR use a sub-agent licensing
office (a private business that is permitted by DOL to change title and
registration etc.). They are often more knowledgeable and helpful. Wendel's
