[WSBAPT] King County will-only filing procedure?

Need to file a Will in King County, for permanent record only so I don't have a case number yet, the way I would if I e-filed a petition first. How is this done these days? Do I send via messenger with a check and a case indexing and case assignment area designation, just like in the "old days" pre-pandemic?

Sincerely,

Eric
