[WSBAPT] referral re car damage

Hello listmates,

PC's very expensive new car was damaged when a construction flagger's sign
fell onto it.  Flagger's employer is self insured and balking at repair
cost.  PC is looking for an attorney to help protect him.  I'll pass along
