[WSBAPT] Referral Request - Appraiser for Class Action Settlement

Hello,

I am looking for an appraiser who can establish the value of a claim in an ongoing class action settlement for a decedent's estate tax return. The decedent was part of a class action lawsuit, which has since settled after their death. The terms of the settlement guarantee an initial round of payments to the members of the class, with a possible second round of payments if there is enough money left over.
