[WSBAPT] Template for a Motion for Family Support under RCW 11.54

Michael:

I have a Petition & Order that I got from the old Washington Probate website that had a great section on the Family Support/Spousal Allowance provisions. Attached is a memo of authority almost entirely from that website that should be researched and updated as needed. The Petition cites cases that you will also want to review and be sure that there is no recent contrary authority.

I will try to attach it to this email, not sure if attachments will go through. Email me off the list if this response does not include the attachments.

Does anyone have a template for a motion/ petition and order granting said motion/ petition for Family Support for a surviving spouse on RCW 11.54 that they could share with me?

I've got a matter where a surviving spouse is trying to protect the equity in the home against creditors.
