Yes – it would be 50% undivided interest to the Trustee of Trust A and 50% undivided interest to the Trustee of Trust B.

Joint owners of property want to deed one half interest into two revocable trusts owned by each of them (so each trust owns 1/2 interest in the property). Can that be done with one deed?
