[WSBAPT] Retirement Plan Refusing to Provide Beneficiary Info

Hello all,
I have a probate where the decedent had a retirement account with Boeing. Boeing will not provide the PR with any information regarding the named beneficiary or the death benefit. The account is subject to creditor claims and estate taxes, and we are required to list the account and the recipient on the estate tax return. We have explained this to Boeing, to no avail.

Any advice?  Subpoena?
