[WSBAPT] slow brain

Hello all,

I feel like there must be something in the air because I keep getting tripped up on things I should know.  I have a trust that is to become effective as of a certain date (it is following a qprt so effective at the end of the qprt term).  The deed will be signed prior to the effective date of the trust and I don't think that is a problem (recording will happen on the effective date).  All of a sudden it looks funny to me - any thoughts?
