[WSBAPT] Minor inheritance - testate probate

Good morning,

Last question. :) Will leaves everything to son, grandchild (who is 4) and
sister. Can the $25k for the 4-year-old be used for his 529 or must a
probate GAL be assigned and probate opened? Is there a simpler solution to
the appointment of a probate GAL and opening probate or no? Estate is less
than $100k.
