[WSBAPT] Foreign probate questions

Hello,

If we file to open a foreign probate for real estate in Washington where
the primary intestate probate has been opened in Georgia, do we need the
waivers/consents of all 6 heirs again (6 children of decedent), or since
the primary probate has already been opened, will the Oath and Petition of
Administrator appointed in GA plus Letters and Order from the GA court
suffice?

Also, if co-Administrators were appointed in GA, do both also need to be
proposed to be appointed here or can we propose that only one serve (in
which case I'm assuming all 6 consents *would* be needed)?

Sincerely,

Suzanne Lieberman
