[WSBAPT] Clearing Title per Com. Prop. Agmt.

You do not need to submit an excise tax affidavit, however, after the cover
sheet with legal description, CPA & death certificate are recorded with the
Auditor, you should follow up with the Assessor's office to update their
computer system because without the REETA this does not happen.
