[WSBAPT] Seeking Referral - Removing Deceased Spouse's Name from California Real Property

Client's spouse died last week. They co-owned real property in Palm
Springs, CA as a married couple. I am seeking a referral for an attorney
who can assist the Client in removing their deceased spouse's name from
title, ideally through a nonprobate process but otherwise if necessary.
