[WSBAPT] Death of Beneficiary of Trust before entitlement

Testamentary trust gives property to son for his life to live on and enjoy then upon his death property to be sold and assets distributed to his children but it just names the children with no right of survivorship language. Two of children die before sons death living children. Trustee now is selling property and the sole surviving child is claiming all the proceeds. The question do the deceased children's children take by right of representation since there was no survivorship language in the trust
