[WSBAPT] unfiled unlawful detainer

UDAs can be served by alternative service method at the property and do not
need to be filed to require a response or notice of appearance to avoid a
default. If there's a money judgment being sought, UDAs allow for "double
damages" so it may be to friend's benefit to negotiate an out of court
settlement to avoid an order finding for double damages.
