[WSBAPT] Question about Requests for Accounting In Non-Intervention Probate

All,

In light of the 2021 change to RCW 11.68.110 (which previously expressly permitted a petition for an accounting within 30 days of the filing of a declaration of completion) – How is everyone handling a request for an accounting in a non-intervention probate? Are you filing a petition for report of affairs prior to closing (RCW 11.68.065)? Or, would the request for report of affairs fall under the “enforce the party’s rights” provision of RCW 11.68.110(3)?
