[WSBAPT] TEDRA Litigation help

Hello Colleagues,

I am stuck in a matter that I think I need to file a claim on but I am also wondering if I am being blinded by own bias.  I was wondering if any one or more of you would mind a call weekend or early next week to share your thoughts if I explained a fact pattern.  There's a lot of she said he said and I'm sure fingers would be pointed across the tables but I really feel like the case has some merit.  I just hate to be missing something obvious.
