Greetings List -

New probate case has come my way with a Will that includes an attestation
and declaration of the two witnesses, but it is not notarized.

The statute specifically states "make an affidavit before any person
authorized to administer oaths"

Has anyone been able to have a King County probate where the Court accepted
the declaration without further attempt to obtain an affidavit?
