[WSBAPT] Attorney as PR

Down here in Oregon, sone judges frown on attorneys drafting wills that nominate themselves as PR.  They think that the attorney is trying to drum up business.  I think it is acceptable, but only if the client has no other options.  But in this case, you did not draft the will.
I will not mention the prickly problem of how much compensation should be paid to an attorney who is serving as both PR and as attorney for the PR.  I will not mention that subject at all.  Not even once.

Agree, and when I have done the informed consent agreement I make it clear that I did not want to act as PR but the client was adamant that they wanted me to so act, along with other stuff.
