Just last week I had the same situation where the initial 18 month lease expires at the end of May 2022 and my client is going to sell.  So I served the attached 90 Day Notice to Sell and 60 Day Notice to Terminate at End of Lease Term to cover both alternatives.

Does anyone have a Notice to evict a tenant or a termination of lease notice?

The tenant’s rental term ends April 30 and we would like to start the process to sell the house.

Any pitfalls to be aware of under the new rules?
