Hey Listmates-
I searched to see if this had been discussed before and didn’t see it. I’m curious if anyone has had a PR disclaim/reject the ownership of a timeshare in a probate? Thinking we might do this and then send the timeshare company specific notice for if they want to make a creditor claim.
One of our challenges, which I expect many of you face, is that the timeshare company responds for a bit, then stops, then we keep the probate open longer and incur extra expenses to essentially deal with what is a creditor disguised as ownership of property.
Appreciate your thoughts and feedback on this.
