[WSBAPT] Unable to locate signed copy of trust

So the recent case seemed to say no trust doc, no trust. But wondering if the existence of a financial account named as a Trust account and was opened around the same time as the alleged Trust was allegedly signed  would change the outcome?

Have an RLT that was created nearly a decade back, the original attorney is no longer around and no one has their files. Client cannot locate a signed copy of the trust, but recalls signing. The couple had transferred property, had trust accounts etc but now there is a need to produce a copy of the signed trust

How to proceed forward at this point?
