[WSBAPT] Colorado property sold - need referral to attorney for RE

In Washington you can file a "Notice of Sale" against property which directs any escrow company that before a property can be sold to provide notice.
I have a client and her mother who are set to receive monies from the sale of a CO home pursuant to a Trust/Will.  Property "pending" sold in Colorado.  All my inquiries to sellers' RE agent, trustee, person living in home and former PR have gone unanswered.

Any referral to a Colorado RE attorney would be appreciated.
