[WSBAPT] Non-Responsive beneficiaries - how to light a fire and get a response?

Greetings Wise and Wonderful Practitioners -

I am looking for suggestions on how to locate some beneficiaries who have
"ghosted" an Executor. Thinking about certified letters (emails and phone
calls are not getting any response).  Also curious if anyone has ever
provided a distribution to the DOR Unclaimed Funds division if they can't
get a response from a beneficiary.

We are just wanting to wrap up an estate and distribute but need to get tax
ID information and Receipts of Heirs - but the Executor has been struggling
for nearly two months to get any response from a couple of the
beneficiaries.

Appreciate any tips and suggestions
